Before you come in

• Socks are compulsory for children, attendants and visitors entering the play area, at all times. Bring your own or buy a pair at reception.
• One adult may accompany each child into the play area at no extra charge. A fixed charge applies for additional adults.
• Adults may not climb inside the main play structure.
• Ages 1 to 13.

Food and drink

• Outside food is not permitted on the premises. The only exception is a birthday cake for a booked party.
• Food and drink from Wizzy Café are served in the café area only, not in the play area.
• Tell us about allergies and dietary needs in writing when you book, so the kitchen can plan for them.

Keeping everyone safe

• Sharp or pointed items — scissors, knives, needles and the like — may not be brought into the centre.
• Aerosols, sprays and any hazardous substance may not be brought into the centre.
• Children remain the responsibility of the adult who brings them. Our staff supervise the space; they do not supervise individual children.
• We may ask a child or an adult to leave the play area if their behaviour puts another guest at risk.
• Equipment is chosen to be child-appropriate and checked regularly, and the play area is cleaned throughout the day. Play still carries the ordinary risks that play carries — please use the equipment as intended and follow our staff's instructions.

Party bookings

• A 50% advance confirms your date and slot, and is non-refundable.
• A minimum guarantee of guests is set at booking. The count may be increased but not reduced. Billing is on the minimum guarantee or the actual headcount, whichever is higher. Final numbers are due 48 hours before.
• Menu choices are confirmed at least 5 days before the party. Increases of more than 10% above the minimum guarantee need 48 hours' notice.
• Add-ons are confirmed at least 5 days before and are subject to availability.
• During a party the café is reserved for that booking for the allotted time.
• Outside decorators, photographers, caterers, entertainers and event planners are not permitted. We offer in-house options for each of these.

Timings and overtime

• Party slots start and end at the booked time. We allow 15 minutes' leeway.
• Beyond 30 minutes over, an extra-time charge applies: ₹7,000 on weekdays, ₹10,000 at weekends.
• Play area last entry 8:30pm. Play closes 9:30pm, the café at 10pm.

Changes and cancellations

• The 50% advance is non-refundable, and we do not cancel bookings for a refund.
• If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, talk to us. We will do our best to move your date, and where that isn't possible we may refund up to 50% of the amount paid. That is at our discretion rather than a right.
